How does Linear access work?
We use OAuth to connect your Linear workspace. LinearInsights only requests read-only scopes — we can never create, modify, or delete anything in Linear.
How often does data refresh?
Automatically every 24 hours. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What counts as a team?
A team maps directly to a team in your Linear workspace. If you have multiple teams in Linear, each counts as one.
